So in my last post, I talked about [intlink id=”3999″ type=”post”]How you get a computer Virus[/intlink]. Here I will talk about some of the common websites that are host to all those Fake Antivirus:
- homeav-2010.com ([intlink id=”3977″ type=”post”]Fake Homeantivirus 2010[/intlink])
- antispyware-scannerv3.com ([intlink id=”3607″ type=”post”]Fake Personal Antivirus[/intlink])
- antivirus-scannerv9.com ([intlink id=”3607″ type=”post”]Fake Personal Antivirus[/intlink])
- onlinespywarescannerv3.com ([intlink id=”3607″ type=”post”]Fake Personal Antivirus[/intlink])
- onlineantivirusscanv4.com ([intlink id=”3607″ type=”post”]Fake Personal Antivirus[/intlink])
- scanriteweb.com ([intlink id=”3713″ type=”post”]Scareware site where it tries to get you to install a fake Antivirus[/intlink])
- securityscanavailable.com ([intlink id=”3713″ type=”post”]Scareware site where it tries to get you to install a fake Antivirus[/intlink])
As you can see there are at least two sites that try to get you to install a fake Antivirus Software that is really malware. I am sure the other 3 are doing something similar but might be blocking access to certain website with a [intlink id=”3918″ type=”post”]fake site adviser doing the dirty work[/intlink].
I also recommend checking out my [intlink id=”2205″ type=”page”]Antivirus Page[/intlink] and finding other good Antivirus Software to help battle malware.
