Not only that Nexus 7 also offers 12 core GeFoerce GPU with its Nvidi Tegra 3 SoC which provides you with sheer graphics, making games much more of a fun experience. As far as the storage capacity is concerned Google Nexus offers storage capacity of 8GB and 16GB along with the RAM of 1GB. It has a 1.2 megapixel camera on the back with no front facing camera and offers a battery life of 8 hours with Li-Ion battery of 4325 mAh. On the other hand, Samsung offers internal storage capacity which ranges from 8GB to 32GB and can be expanded up to 64GB along with the RAM of 1GB. It provides you with rear primary camera of 3.15 megapixel and a front facing VGA camera with the battery life of 8.5 hours. Nexus 7 is Wi-fi only so it has both the 4G and 3G connectivity whereas Samsung offers only 3G offers connectivity.
Nexus 7 runs on Jelly Bean Android v4.1 whereas Samsung runs on Ice Cream Sandwich Android v4.0.
